{"id":173,"date":"2022-03-30T06:19:49","date_gmt":"2022-03-30T06:19:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uasandalucia.es\/?p=173"},"modified":"2023-04-23T19:12:00","modified_gmt":"2023-04-23T19:12:00","slug":"convenio-de-colaboracion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uasandalucia.es\/index.php\/2022\/03\/30\/convenio-de-colaboracion\/","title":{"rendered":"CONVENIO DE COLABORACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/ae49b4_62437e8285b34a2988a3f524c6aecd1d~mv2.jpg\/v1\/fill\/w_360,h_360,al_c,lg_1,q_90\/ae49b4_62437e8285b34a2988a3f524c6aecd1d~mv2.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" id=\"viewer-633b8\"><strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de Unidades A\u00e9reas de Seguridad de Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" id=\"viewer-6c3an\"><strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Profesional de Operadores de Drones (APODE)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" id=\"viewer-bqh13\"><strong>CursosDrones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-f7r80\"><strong>Convenio:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-asv5s\">El presente convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n es un acuerdo entre las partes que manifiestan inter\u00e9s de trabajar en proyectos de asesor\u00eda, colaboraci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n relacionados con el uso de RPAS-Drones-UAS, siempre que no sean contrarios al ordenamiento jur\u00eddico y tengan por objetivo satisfacer el inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico mediante la ayuda de terceros en situaciones de emergencias p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3mjr1\">Los objetivos fundamentales que comparten, declaran su abierta voluntad por contribuir al fortalecimiento en la asistencia en materia de difundir la utilidad de los UAS en el \u00e1mbito de las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad, las posibilidades y rendimiento de los drones en la seguridad p\u00fablica de Andaluc\u00eda, con especial atenci\u00f3n a la polic\u00eda administrativa, tr\u00e1fico y seguridad p\u00fablica, para cuyo efectos est\u00e1n conformes con la lectura del presente as\u00ed como en las emergencias y cat\u00e1strofes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6r0st\"><strong>Objetivos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DIFUNDIR LA UTILIDAD DE LOS UAS EN EL \u00c1MBITO DE LAS FUERZAS Y CUERPOS DE SEGURIDAD A TRAV\u00c9S DE CHARLAS, COLOQUIOS, EXPOSICIONES, JORNADAS DE FORMACI\u00d3N O DIRECTAMENTE EN DEPENDENCIAS MUNICIPALES, PROVINCIALES O AUTON\u00d3MICAS, AS\u00cd COMO EN CUARTELES, COMISAR\u00cdAS O JEFATURAS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>COLABORACI\u00d3N EN LA FORMACI\u00d3N DE FUTUROS PILOTOS, AS\u00cd COMO DEL EXTENSO CAT\u00c1LOGO DE CURSOS ESPEC\u00cdFICOS, TALES COMO FOTOGRAF\u00cdA, C\u00c1MARAS T\u00c9RMICAS, IDIOMAS O ESPEC\u00cdFICO DE MODELOS DE UAS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DAR DIFUSI\u00d3N E INFORMACI\u00d3N DE ESTE DISPOSITIVO EN LOS CENTROS EDUCATIVOS, Y ENTIDADES QUE LO REQUIERAN ACERCANDO A LA SOCIEDAD LA CAPACIDAD DE LOS UAS PARA VELAR POR SU SEGURIDAD Y C\u00d3MO ACT\u00daAN EN DIFERENTES OPERACIONES DE EMERGENCIAS, SEGURIDAD Y CALAMIDAD P\u00daBLICA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>COLABORAR CON LA ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA EN LA ELABORACI\u00d3N DE LA NORMATIVA APLICABLE.
